Maintenance Packages
A maintenance package is a fast and cost effective way to keep your website up to date without having to worry about "when" and "how" you could do it yourself.
Zoidial provides a range of maintenance packages that allow you to choose the amount of time your site requires for updates. You can then call on us to use the time on the package as you require.
Each package is pre-purchased and offered at a discounted hourly rate. The benefit of a maintenance package is that the time we spend to update your site will be deducted by the minute, instead of the usual one hour minimum increments that apply to all quoted work. You can use your maintenance package time to perform all maintenance related tasks for your website, which includes HTML, image and content updates, minor image adjustments, basic design alterations* and scripting**.
Each maintenance client will be kept up to date prior to and after any maintenance work is carried out so they're always informed about how much time has been spent and how much time is remaining on the package after a job has been completed.
